When will my order ship?

We ship within 24 to 48 business hours and provide a USPS tracking number.

 

How does my product ship? Is there a tracking number?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail in the USA and USPS First Class International Mail for Canadian orders. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the USPS website to reflect tracking updates

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It typically takes 1-3 days in the USA and 5-10 for Canada once the order has shipped.

 

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our electrical products. For warranty claims, we require valid proof of purchase and for you to return the defective iron to us. Please email uscustomerservice@corioliss.com for full details.

 

What is your return policy?

Within 14 days of delivery, we require a Return Authorization Number, valid proof of purchase, and for you to return the iron to us in original packaging and in like new, unused condition. Please email uscustomerservice@corioliss.com for full details. Liquid treatments, Shampoo's, Conditioning Masks, and Serums are not eligible for return due to the personal nature of the products

Are you available 24 hours a day?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. The Website Chat is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm EST and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. However, we are not available during legal holidays.
