At Corioliss, we want you to be excited to receive and use your items every time you shop with us. However, you may want to return items to us and we are happy to help.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Our "hassle free guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt, and Return Authorization Number within 30-days of your purchase for a refund. To receive your Return Authorization Number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 305-534-3305.
To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories and be in a like-new unused condition.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return:
1. Re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging and include all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories and protective packaging. (To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories.)
2. Fill out the back of your invoice noting the reason for return and include your return authorization number. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.
3. Send the package, with the completed returns form, to the address below. For your protection, we recommend you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
We understand that the Holidays are a busy time of year so we have extended our returns policy. Orders placed between November 20 and December may be returned up to January 15 annually.
All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
